Rain loves homonyms, prime numbers, and rules.  She keeps a list of homonyms that her uncle helps her with.  Her father is mean and her mother ran off, or at least that's what her father told her.  Whenever Rose gets mad or sad, she starts screaming prime numbers.  Rose hates when people don't follow rules.  Rose has a dog named Rain who her father found behind a bar and gave to her as a gift. When a hurricane strikes, Rose's father let's Rain outside without her collar.  Rain doesn't come back.
